1. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene material
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RevResolution Graphics
To engage in any automated use of the system

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products and custom design projects are subject to the following terms:

All orders require payment before production begins.
For custom design work, revisions are limited to 2 rounds per order unless otherwise specified in your quote.
Completed custom orders are non-refundable.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

2a. Mockup & Product Disclaimer

Product mockups shown on the Service are a 95% accurate visual representation. Due to dynamic supplier availability, the final base product (e.g., the specific brand of t-shirt, mug, or other item) may vary slightly from the one shown in the mockup. This does not affect the integrity, quality, or placement of your printed design. You agree that such minor variations in the base product do not constitute a product defect.

3. Intellectual Property & Content License

Your Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any artwork or designs you upload to our Service.

License for Order Fulfillment: By submitting content to our Service, you grant RevResolution Graphics a license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Marketing & Business Use License

Furthermore, by uploading or creating any design content through our Service, you grant RevResolution Graphics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content for business purposes, including but not limited to:

Marketing and promotional materials
Website display and product showcasing
Social media content and advertising
Portfolio and case study presentations

This license does not require further compensation to you. This license will terminate upon your written request for removal, provided such content is not associated with a completed order.

Our Protected Content: Our product mockups, templates, and branding materials are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link by Stripe. We do not accept checks, money orders, cash on delivery, PayPal, or buy-now-pay-later services. Orders are not fulfilled until payment has been collected and verified. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shop products — apparel and other catalogue items are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, and ship nationwide. Estimated delivery times for shop orders:

Production: 2-7 business days
Shipping (US): 3-5 business days after production
International: 10-30 business days

Custom sign, banner and vehicle work — storefront and window graphics, business signs, banners, vehicle lettering and decals are designed, printed and cut in our own shop in Rochester, NY, and are collected locally or installed by us. These items are not shipped. If you are outside our service area and need this type of work, contact us before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

Custom-designed products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
We will replace defective items at no additional cost
Color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects

7. Limitation of Liability

RevResolution Graphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8a. Window Cleaning Services

Window cleaning is governed by the accepted cleaning quote, the Window Cleaning Service Policy and the signed scratch acknowledgment. Product-production, shipping, custom-product return and automatic marketing-license provisions do not govern cleaning appointments or cleaning-property uploads. Where a general website provision conflicts with these cleaning terms, the cleaning terms govern that service, subject to applicable law. No general limitation, liability cap, indemnity, reporting deadline or waiver applies to excuse liability for negligent window-cleaning work or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Signed agreements are not retroactively amended by later website changes.
